Is it free for both freelancers and companies to sign up?
Yes it’s totally free.
How can I sign up?
It's very easy, to create your free Dasology.com account just fill out a 3 step short registration form (it only takes 5-10 minutes). At the end, review all the information you provided in the previous steps and confirm the registration by providing the confirmation code sent to your email address. The information you will provide during the registration will be safely stored on our secure server. You will be able to amend all details later in your profile page. No personal or contact information will be shared.
Why can't I view other users’ profiles?
Please note that both Freelancers' and Companies' profiles are private. Personal / contact information is not shown on the profiles.
Do I need identification documents to register?
No you don’t.
What If I forget my password?
Please follow these steps:
1. Click on Sign In.
2. Click on Forgot Password?
3. Type in your email address and click on Get Password.
4. Follow the instructions in the email to reset the password (if you can't find the email please also check your spam folder).
Basic Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing any issues, please try to:
1. Clear the cache and cookies of your browser.
2. Upgrade your browser to its latest version.
3. Log out and log back in to your account.
4. Re-try what you were trying to do (e.g. uploading your profile picture, adding your banner and logo etc).
If the issue persists please contact us.
How can I delete my account?
You can delete your account by clicking on Account Settings > Delete Account. You profile will be removed and all information you have provided will be completely erased from the server within a few days.
Why is my account deactivated/terminated?
We expect all Dasology.com users to adhere to our terms and conditions to maintain safety, trust, and professionalism within the platform. Utter disregard of the site rules, including the following activities, warrants immediate account suspension or closure:
1. Performing or participating on fraudulent activities
2. Deceiving other users of Dasology.com
3. Spreading viruses or malicious site links
4. Buying or selling of Dasology.com accounts
5. Upload any content to your profile that breaches our terms and conditions including all the obvious things like abusive, offensive, defamatory or infringing content.
Account suspension or closure due to any of these violations is final and irreversible.
